For  my 1 point perspective drawing, I choose a reference photo of a bridge over either water or ice and with a sunrise in the background. I believe I showed the whole range of values in this drawing very well. I also was able to show where the horizon line, vanishing point and the lines leading to the vanishing point. I also think I did good with the line quality on the bridge, with how the lines are really dark and thick to light and thin. The over all composition in the drawing is pretty good. The bridge being placed in the middle of the paper with each side pretty even, gives a good balance of the drawing. The contrast is shown by different textures from the bridge to the water/ ice and then to the sky. I think the rhythm in the piece is shown by lots of detail, with the detail in the bridge and the sun set, it keeps the eyes moving.
